cast bronze/brass headlight bases found on #

700 never seen any out of many that i've had never has one had brass headlight bases,,i'll tell you they should have stuck to these for there stout..look like they never have been removed..found them on a 46 which also has the vin tags on the passenger side,has anyone had these or seen that?
