Brake drum balancing questions

My truck is a W300M ,in pieces at this time. I found one of those crude Budd brake drum weights on the shop floor and cannot readily identify which drum it came off of. I need to know what kind of tire/wheel shop can balance these monsters. I get a sense from reading the forum, that the hub and drum should be balanced together; is this correct? How is it done? What type of equipment am I looking for in a shop? THANKS!
