I agree with OTM on this one, PIF could be a link to anygoddam thing. Maybe 2 links, one to "Parts interchange" another to "Troubleshooting" ?

But I also think that specific queries ought to be answered expediciously- might be a mechanic with greasy hands eagerly waiting at his PC, wanting to get back to work.
