I figured anyone from the area would b thinking the same thing as me. I live in Hunlock Creek but have propeties in Avoca.
Work in Pittson, and drive past Denaples very often. I e-mailed them to find out what the scoop is. Will let all know if I hear anything. That is quite a stack they have there!
