I am using a NV-4500 (1999 Dodge) behind my 4BTA. Since your 4BTA has the Turbo 400, the flywheel adapter will bolt up to the GM NV-4500 Bell Houseing. There are advantages in using the GM version of the NV-4500. The Cummins/GM combination mounts the starter on the right side (passenger) which will allow more room for
power steering box. I did have some space problems with the Dodge NV-4500 as the starter is on the left.
When I repower the Bumblebee, I will be using a Getrag G-360 and Married NP-205 t Case behind a Cummins 4BTA.
