AutoMeter Gauges or another brand?

I'm replacing the old gauges in the Carryall with new "OldTyme" AutoMeter gauges. Wondering if anyone has used these gauges or if a different brand would work better. I'm looking at the mechanical speedometer and kit 1708. Since the Carryall has the center dash hole I'll be putting #1797 tach in it. Is there anything I need to consider to make sure the speedometer, tach and all gauges work? Thanks guys.
