Switch question?

I am having a brain cramp and cant recall the correct name for a switch. I want a 2 position toggle that I can switch back and forth to see the fuel level in the 2 fuel tanks. I have a DPDT scitch with a central off position. This will work, but what would it be called without the central off position? Just on / on. Is that a single pole double throw?
