friend of mine just told me he saw a yellow power wagon on a lowboy being hauled west on Hwy 10 through Waupaca towards Stevens Point in central Wisconsin. Pulled by a Kenworth I believe with a scissor forklift also on the lowboy? Whose was it? 'fess up!
