I use McNutt Auto Transport. They hauled 10 trucks for me last year, all with no problems. Their number is 800-755-2324.
Their rates are very good, and I got quick service on every haul. I think every truck was picked up within 5 days on me giving them the go ahead, and all arrived within 4 or 5 days.
