Speedometer cable

'48 B-1, 5.86 rear

Can anyone recommend a place to buy a speedometer cable? VPW doesnt list any on thier site (or at least not that I could find).

What is the length?
Does the cable vary with different rear ends, ect?
Cost?

Any idea where to buy the bearing retainer/E brake bracket that it attaches to?
