I researched the same issue recently.
If what you have is like this picture, it is available from Roberts Motor Parts for 22.50$
Paul reported that the issue with this type of mirror is they are too short and the right hand side mirror is blocked by the spare tire.
What I ended-up doing was to purchase Grote adjustable arms. They are available in black or chrome in 10-13" or 14-18" (item 10012 in black) and are cheap at about 12$CAN.
I found the 5" round mirror to be too small for my taste so I got Grote 4"x5" black mirrors at 15$CAN.
