Brake help needed

I have replaced all the wheel cylinders and shoes on my truck as the shoes were soaked with fluid. Problem is now I can bleed the brakes and get fluid through all the nipples BUT I cant get the shoes to extend I am missing something. I have a booster up under my tray that I know nothing about. Any help would be appreciated.
