power steering

as I am20 years older that my 46 PW its time to put on power steering--I did it to my 50 IH pick up with dodge truck parts --but if i use the same gear it would have to mount were the front shock is --but if i mount it back the steering would be back word is there a box that would go the other way o make the steering correct--I hope i explained this correct so you know what I mean--Thanks Richard in New Mexico --this truck is used on my Ranch
