Question on Wiring Turn Signals

The original grill-mounted turn signals on my '67 WM300 were two wire. I gust picked up some NOS Signal-Stat Model 18 fender-mounted lamps, but they are one-wire. The only thing I can think of is that they may be set up as parking lamps, like the cowl lights.

Can/should these be changed to two-wire and if so, what needs to be done?
