A lot depends on how bad you would like this truck restored to its beauty. Do you have the necessary tools/welders ? Do you have the skills, or at least want to develop/learn new skills in the process of the restoration. And its going to take Bucks to bring her back. The dollar value depends on how much you can do yourself. If your looking for a GREAT project, a learning experience, have the time and patience and some funding .....Go for it. I'll tell you, it can be done, but its a lot of work, and you will need serious medication before it rolls out. But what a feeling; "I did it myself"
