M37 Rear Lift?

My new (to me) Diesel powered M37 has a 2 inch lift in the front to allow for clearance of the oil pan. I'd like to level the truck out with a 2 inch lift in the rear. Does anyone know if there are 2 inch spacer blocks from some other application and from which vendor, that would fit M37 rear springs?
