Dodge 5 lug to Gm 8 lug

Anyone hve a suggestion for mounting a GM 8 lug wheel on a M37. I want to put the disc brakes on the front from helitool with a 8 lug wheel. I was told I could not modify the disc brakes from helitool. Any ideas or other options for using disc brakes and GM 8 lug wheel, just let me know.
