The registry Worksheet is a courtesy page that one can print out and have handy nearby to gather information to list their truck in the Registry. Which parts of this information one choses to actually put in the Registry is up to the owner of the truck. If you read all of the help information, you will see that their are only three fields that are necessary to fill out: serial Number, Year, and Model. Without these, it would not be a registry.
I feel more secure having all of the information listed in the Registry on my trucks that I can gather, including photos. This is a good proof of ownership available to law enforcement agencies worldwide. If anyone were ever dumb enough to steel one of our trucks, they would have a hard time trying to register it with their DMV or sell it under their own name. The proof is there for everyone to see.
