starter for a 1960 Power Giant??

Is a starter for a 1960 Power Wagon Power Giant with a 251c.i. flathead (ok, really 250.6 if you go by the shop manual) the same as a starter for a 230c.i. flathead??

Would the ring gears/flywheels be the same on 4-speed trannys for either motors for that year?

Do you know how many teeth would be on the starter gear?
