11.00 - 16 tires?

I am considereing purchasing a set of 11.00-16 tires for my M37 to replace my Gama-Goats. What were these tires used on in the military? Has anyone ever purchased a set off of ebay from the seller sandieagotire?

too many questions? Should I just stick a set of 38.5x11x16 Swamper Boggers on it?
