I bet Nick would not say that to the Owner's face
Nick must be a "city" or "Suburb" boy who
does not know about farm or ranch life
it is not pretty - cars & equipment just sitting are common place
and bottom line - why sell it if you do not have/want to ??
we have all sold stuff that we later wish we had not
