We have come along way, from the old bucket.
I was over in Lewis county last weekend and saw buckets on trees. I also know of a tank, but it must be gravity fed no electric. I'd like to swing by sometime and check out your system.
How about pure NJ maple syrup?
Could I charge more for pcb's?
