For the last 10 years the guys have had great success with the NAPA brand flat or semigloss paint.
Lately the guys behind the counter have been a little lazy and are trying to push the duplicolor paint, do NOT use it, the paint ia a lacquer based item and will crinkle the masks.
Rust-O-leum is also excellent.
Krylon is really not compatable with automotive paints and tends to "fish eye".
