CARTER ETW 4 CARBURETOR QUESTON

my other wc has a 230 with a CARTER etw4 carb, cranked it up this past week end, but the thing runs wide open, any ideas on what the problem is, and how to fix. i tried the idle, and fuel adjustment with no luck. thanks for the help RATTLER
