What is this? It is in great shape. What is it doing in the middle of the Colorado desert? It is sitting all by itself at the base of the Book Cliffs with no other vehicles, buildings, signs or anything else around. It is on or in proximity of the Naval Natural Gas Reserve. Did the giovernment park it here?
