Drivers door Window Regulator

I need a drivers door window regulator for a 1974 Dodge W200 3/4 Ton 4WD CC PU. If anyone has one or knows where I can buy or trade for one I would sure appreciate a reply. Also if anyone has a parts manual to check and see if a standard cab pickup regulator would be the same that would expand the search parameters. Thanks to all!
