well got a new service put in the house,, and i had a wire hanging in the basement, traced it back, to the box..... and shut the breaker off, went back, with my buddy to cut the end off and Sparkky spark.... STILL HOT,,, yeap, WRONG breaker, and it was 220...... Now why there is an extra 220 hanging down, who knows, but i cut it,,, and it didnt get me.... need less to say were done for the night.... jc
