More Poly 318 questions.....

OK, we are still working on Jill's Poly 318 and I have a couple of questions.

1. What kind of rings do you all prefer for the pistons? The pistons are Clevite 40 over pistons that are "low compression" pistons that have a completely flat top. Napa has standard iron rings, chrome rings, and moly rings? Any suggestions?

2. What kind of camshaft do you all prefer? I can get a new cam and lifters from Napa. I don't really want a cam with a big lope at idle. The motor is going to be basically stock with the exception of a Wiend 4bbl manifold and a Holley Truck Avenger carb, stock exhaust manifolds and 2.5 inch duals.
