exhaust manifolds for Poly 318?

Since I don't have an option for headers any time soon, I need a set of factory manifolds. I got one set from Chris Lube Lublin, one worked okay but I broke one of the mounting ears in the other manifold during installation. It's alright but I still hear that hissing sound. So, I need another set. If anyone has any out there, that includes you Chris, please let me know. Thanks, Jay.
