Tom , Fight the ticket!!, I had a ticket similar to yours when I was sitting in the chair next to the judge giving my side of the story I handed my keys to the judge and told him to drive the truck and see if he could make the truck go 50 MPH, then I would pay the fine without a problem.
The judge looked at me then looked at the cop and said , " can you top that ? " the cop shook his head NO and the case was dismissed. Drive the truck to court and try it . Or you could call JOHN EICHKOFF !!. Ken
