Yes, it should come out. Sometimes an air bubble can stop the flow. take a rag and cover the fuel filler neck and blow compressed air into the tank while holding the rag tightly around the nozzle until fuel comes out of the fitting on the tank. If nothing comes out the line is still plugged. If that works hook up the fuel line and go to the fuel pump and disconnect there and blow more air in throught the filler neck until fuel flows up front. I have had to do this on quite a few that had corroded line problems. the lines need to be primed sometimes with the smaller fuel pump. they are not very strong.
