The 'Little Joe' was a double cab 5000 HP electric locomotive built for export to Russia and was specified by Joseph Satllin! GE built them, they were never shipped to Russia due to the communist takeover..thus they were sold to the Milwaukee Railroad (I believe only 18 were ever built) and a few to other railroads. Anyway, the PW resembles one! Only slightly smaller! There is one existing on display at Deer Lodge Montana next to the Towe Ford Museum.
