I found some in the sept 1952 edition of The National Geographic mMagazine.

There is 4 or 5 shots of the thing. It is some sort of yellow or sandstone colour. The vehicle is a "rescue Truck and even in 52 it seems to have a steel roof. There is a big R painted on the roof too. It is running the combat wheels and has the light guards.

I wonder if the truck is still alive out there someplace ?

there is another shot of a carryall in Wyoming doing some prospecting work. I have no idea what issue it is in.
