I just bought a set of Monroe Magnum G5 Gas Shocks for my M-37. The guys on the M-37 provided the correct numbers for M-37. They fit like a glove
MONROE
Front 65102
Rear 65407
Got mine from local NAPA

Also the Gabriael Numbers for M-37 are
Front 1798090
Rear 1798091
NAPA could not get the Gabriels
