I'm sure this is not a new thing, but I haven't seen it mentioned. I used my old rusted floor pans as a pattern on some 1/8" aluminum diamond plate, traced with a marking pen, and cut them out with a saber saw. Then I clamped them down between my work bench and a 2x6 at the place where the bend occurs, and bent them by hand until I had the same angle. They were very simple and quick to make and look good. I recommend the process if anyoone needs new ones. JH
