Actually it IS named for civilian trucks only. That is why it is called the "WDX-WM300 Power-Wagon Registry". (Key words here are "Power-Wagon", "WDX", and "WM300")
Mr. Street saw the need for a registry to be made available to those us use who own POWER-WAGONS that do not meet the criteria allowing them to be entered into the existing military truck registries. The hope is that, with increased awareness, more registries will develop over time for other Dodge All-Wheel drive vehicles, such as: Power Giants, Sweptlines, etc. (If they do not already, as I concentrate my attention on the WDX-WM300, so I may be unaware of what takes place elsewhere).
I think we should all applaud his efforts!
