I got the correct 1941 dodge 1/2 ton aircleaner for use with a carter carb that has the long, 1 inch or so length of straight attaching neck.
But I am running a different Carter carb, one that has the "v" shaped "collar" built into the carb body neck. Ya know, it rauns around the top of the carb where the air cleaner sits and is tightened to.
The carb I have is like this one:

My original cleaner keeps falling off because there isnt enough NECK to grip onto.
I need the type of cleaner that will grab around this "V" section and hold tight.
Anyone knwo what I mean?
Is this style the PW type? If so, anyone got one for sale? Until I get a proper ww2 1/2 ton carb, I will=contuinue to run this one as I already rebuilt it and its working great!
Just need the proper cleaner that wont fall off!!
