Shock mount nuts-52 B-3 PW

I am starting to assemble/hang components back on the finished frame-finally!
I misplaced some of my notes on the washers and nuts.
Do the shock mounts (front and back)use the nuts with the slim slits in them, and do you also use a lock washer?
