Intermediate Shaft Angles (My M37 V-8 Conversion)

Well, I've got the M's V-8 in place with the mocked up (out of wood) rear mounts. The Intermediate shaft is not perfectly straight.

Am I close enough? Does the Intermediate shaft look OK installed in this position? The rear of the tranny will drop a little when the weight is on the rear mounts, and should help in that direction, but I was unable to get the engine mounted as for to the left and I probably should have.
