Who runs this place Larry, Curly and Mo? I'm glad my local dealer has some trained long term techs and I feel for you. I don't suppose they now what 5 Star shop is either? I don't buy their lame excuse and neither do you. Sorry I can't help with the problem myself except to look further up the ladder at the dealer or find another who knows something.
