?? 54 Power Wagon in Kansas??

I've been looking for a reasonably priced Power Wagon for about a year. I only have three primary conditions. (1) It's needs to be within a few hundred miles. (2) It's not a rust bucket. And (3) It must be reasonably priced.
I've been eyeing the 54 listed in the classifieds. But noticed it's been listed a long time. Before I call on it does anyone know anything about it? Because it’s been their so long it makes me a suspicious.
