Exhaust Pipe vent

I recall a old commerical where a guy in a sports car is driving around in a GTO(?). He pulls a knob and it opens up a vent between the exhaust manifold and muffler, allowing the car to have that gurgling rumble sound. Is this item available?? I though of putting this on my FFPW.
