you can get the three flat head slotted machine screws out! (if you get them out and they are buggered up bad, I replace them with 3/8 coarse thread flat head allen socket type machine screws, and in any case, dab a little anti-sieze compound in the threads when you re-install them!) If you can't get the screws out, then remove the axle, then the entire hub & drum! Good luck!!
