My '61 WM300 is a brush rig. The fire station that sold it to me soldered the key in the ignition. Sounds like a great idea. You don't want to be looking for the keys when there's a call.
I thought of simply heating it to re-flow the solder, but thought that the solder might seize up the switch.
This isn't a standard ignition switch. It's some heavy duty model for all the other apparatus I guess. The key prevents me from removing the switch.
Any suggestions for removal would be appreciated?
