Thanks, Norm. You'll notice Monique is the "office manager". She's the youngest, and, althogh pretty tough, she wasn't involved when the name came around. Truth is, it's pretty much "Sons" anymore. They do all the work and I try to find more for them to do. Sometimes they think I just "make more work". :-) JH
