Can Anyone Use A 49 'Job Rated' Cab?

A boneyard in Western Washington near me has the front half of a 49 cement mixer, with a good 5 window cab. I need the engine, seat, and cab hardware, but not the sheet metal. There's a little rust out around the very base of the cab, but otherwise pretty straight & solid. Anyone interested?
