Some PB Blaster and WD-40 freed up the stuck valve. However, the underside of some of the intake valve heads are oily, indicating excess clearance between the stems and guides.
Not sure if I should bolt it back up and run it or install new valves and springs. I have access to a valve spring compressor but don't have the tool to change valve guides. Don't want to get in over my head, so to speak.
