From a comparison to the tires I have on my website, I would say that it is a Power King (or whatever the local brand name on it is since they make this tread pattern with a variety of names...).
Whatever it is, I'd like to have a copy of the sidewall info (name, load rating, DOT code, etc.) and purchase info so that I can add it to my listing for others to benefit from.
