Changing to hydraulic clutch

O/T a bit. thinking about converting the old rod and cable clutch linkage on my Commando to hydraulic. Is there a generic set up that can be done inexpensively? PW content - WDX fired right up last night to plow out the 8" of slush in my driveway.
