without any more info, that's what we'd be doing.....troubleshooting the whole system. Have you done anything yet? Any fluid in the master cylinder? Any fluid leaking at the drums, or any lines? What condition are your shoes? (brakes). There are lots of rubber seals that go bad after years of sitting.
